Possible Causes
• Faulty oven temperature sensor (RTD probe) located inside the oven cavity
• Broken or loose wiring connection between temperature sensor and control board
• Damaged sensor connector pins or corroded electrical contacts
• Temperature sensor wire insulation breakdown due to heat exposure
• Malfunctioning electronic control board unable to read sensor signal
• Power supply voltage fluctuations affecting sensor signal (240V models)
• Manufacturing defect in temperature sensing component

Safety Checks You Can Do
• Ensure the circuit breaker for your oven is in the ON position; if tripped, switch OFF then back ON
• Verify the oven door closes completely and latches properly
• Allow the oven to cool for at least 30 minutes before attempting further operation
• Check that the oven interior is clean and free of food debris, spills, or obstructions around the sensor area
• Review your oven's control panel settings to confirm no override modes are activated
• Perform a complete reset: Switch the oven circuit breaker OFF, wait 60 seconds, then switch back ON
• Ensure adequate ventilation around the oven and that the appliance is properly grounded
• Do NOT attempt to access, remove, or repair the temperature sensor yourself
