Possible Causes
• Damaged or faulty RTD temperature sensor probe in the oven cavity
• Loose or corroded sensor wiring connections
• Broken sensor wire inside the oven insulation
• Defective oven control board unable to read sensor signals
• 240V power supply issue affecting sensor circuit operation
• Sensor probe covered with food debris or grease buildup
• Failed sensor connector at the main control module
• Power surge damage to temperature sensing circuitry
Step 03
Safety Checks You Can Do
• Check that your circuit breaker for the oven is in the ON position; if tripped, switch off then back on
• Verify the oven door closes completely and latches securely
• Inspect the oven interior for any visible food debris, spills, or objects blocking the sensor probe area and remove carefully
• Ensure the control panel settings are correct and no buttons are stuck or pressed unintentionally
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before attempting any operations
• Power reset the appliance by switching off the dedicated circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then switch back on
• Check that no other high-power appliances are overloading the same circuit, causing voltage fluctuations
• Verify you are using the correct cooking mode and that no demo or test mode is active on the control panel
