Signs
• Oven will not heat or respond to temperature settings
• Display shows F12 error code repeatedly
• Control panel buttons are unresponsive or partially responsive
• Oven beeps continuously or at irregular intervals
• Digital display flickers or shows garbled characters
• Oven may lock and prevent door from opening
• Unable to select cooking modes or adjust temperature

Possible Causes
• Faulty temperature sensor (RTD probe) or loose sensor connection
• Damaged or corroded wiring harness between control board and display panel
• Malfunctioning electronic control board or main PCB
• Power supply voltage fluctuations from 240V circuit (common in USA models)
• Control panel display unit failure or poor connection
• Tripped circuit breaker on dedicated 240V oven circuit
• Loose terminal connections at the junction box or terminal block
• Buildup of debris around sensor area affecting readings
• Failed relay or capacitor on control board
Step 03
Safety Checks You Can Do
• Verify the circuit breaker serving your oven is in the ON position; if tripped, switch OFF then back ON
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before attempting further troubleshooting
• Check that the oven door is fully closed and latches properly
• Inspect the oven interior for any obvious obstructions, spilled food, or debris blocking the temperature sensor area
• Review your oven's control panel settings to ensure no settings are preventing normal operation
• Perform a hard reset by switching OFF the dedicated circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then switch it back ON to allow the control board to reinitialize
• Listen for any beeping patterns after reset that may indicate the error has cleared
• If error persists after reset, unplug the oven from the outlet (if applicable) and wait 5 minutes before plugging back in
• Do not attempt to disassemble the control panel, access internal wiring, or replace the sensor yourself
