Signs
• Oven will not heat or maintain temperature
• Display shows F34 error code
• Oven may shut off during cooking cycle

• Control panel becomes unresponsive after error appears
Step 02
Possible Causes
• Temperature sensor (RTD probe) is defective or has failed
• Loose or corroded electrical connection between sensor and control board
• Damaged wiring harness connected to temperature sensor
• Control board malfunction unable to read sensor signals
• Sensor probe touching oven wall or foreign debris
• Moisture or condensation inside sensor connector
• Manufacturing defect in sensor calibration
• Power supply issue affecting sensor circuit voltage (120V/240V conversion)
Step 03
Safety Checks You Can Do
• Turn off the circuit breaker to the oven for 60 seconds, then turn it back on to reset the appliance
• Visually inspect the oven interior for any food debris, spills, or objects near the temperature sensor located on the left or right side wall
• Ensure the oven door is fully closed and latches properly
• Verify the control panel settings are correct and no buttons are stuck
• Allow the oven to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before attempting to use it again
• Check that the home circuit breaker for the oven is in the ON position and has not tripped
• Look for any visible loose wires or connectors around the control panel area (do not open the oven cabinet)
• Unplug the oven from the wall outlet for 5 minutes if possible, then plug back in and retry operation
• Consult your user manual to confirm sensor location and verify it is not visibly damaged through the oven window
