By accessing the services or website of GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms in full, please discontinue use of our services and site.
- Overview of Services
GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales provides diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and part replacement services for a wide range of residential and commercial appliances, including HVAC systems. Our technicians are trained to evaluate and service both common and advanced models across various appliance brands.
- Appointments and Scheduling
3.1 Scheduling a Service Call
You can book a service appointment by calling us, visiting our website, or reaching out through any other communication method we offer. We do our best to accommodate your requested time slot, though actual appointment availability depends on current scheduling.
3.2 Cancellations and Reschedules
To avoid cancellation fees, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
3.3 Access Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that our technicians have safe, unimpeded access to the appliance in question. Please provide any necessary information in advance to help ensure efficient service.
- Estimates and Payments
4.1 Estimates Before Work Begins
Before performing any repairs, we will provide a written estimate. No additional work will be done or charged without your prior authorization.
4.2 Diagnostic Fees
A diagnostic evaluation may incur a fee, especially if you choose not to proceed with the repair. This fee is separate from the cost of any repairs unless otherwise noted.
4.3 Payment Expectations
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
- Warranty and Coverage
5.1 Labor Warranty
All labor performed by GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.
5.2 Parts Warranty
Any replacement parts installed during service are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty only. We do not offer additional parts coverage unless specifically stated.
5.3 Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to consumables such as refrigerants, filters, access valves, or any components subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty becomes void if we are not informed of an issue within 24 hours or if we are denied the opportunity to carry out the repair.
5.4 Extended Warranty Terms
Extended warranties remain valid only if the customer fulfills all maintenance requirements as defined in the applicable service agreement.
- Liability Limitations
GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales is not liable for secondary or incidental damages resulting from service. This includes, but is not limited to, food spoilage, cosmetic damage, or property wear due to appliance movement or repair.
- Use of Subcontractors
We may engage subcontractors to complete service requests. GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales is not responsible for commitments or claims made by outside contractors or referral networks.
- Ownership of Materials
All tools, equipment, and replacement parts used during service remain the property of GE Appliance Repair, Support, and Sales until payment is received in full.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any revisions will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
- Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. All disputes shall be resolved under Florida law, regardless of any conflicting jurisdictional rules.
