Safety Checks You Can Do
• Check your home's electrical circuit breaker panel - look for any breaker in the 'OFF' or middle position and switch it fully OFF then back ON
• Verify the oven's outlet has power by testing another appliance in the same outlet
• Ensure the oven's power cord is fully plugged into the wall outlet and not loose
• Turn off the circuit breaker that controls the oven for 60 seconds, then turn it back ON to reset the control board
• Allow the oven to cool completely before attempting to use it again
• Check that nothing is blocking the oven vents or interior that could cause heating issues
• Verify the oven door closes completely and latches properly
• Clear any saved error codes by pressing the 'Clear' or 'Cancel' button on the control panel
• Review your oven's user manual to confirm proper voltage requirements (240V for electric, 120V for gas ignition)
