• Inadequate 240V power supply affecting heating element operation

Safety Checks You Can Do
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel and verify the 240V breaker dedicated to your dryer is in the ON position; reset it by switching to OFF then back to ON if needed
• Remove and inspect the lint trap for excessive lint buildup; clean thoroughly with a vacuum and soft brush, then reinstall
• Disconnect the dryer vent hose from the back of the unit and inspect for kinks, crushing, or lint blockages; straighten any kinked sections
• Check the exterior dryer vent hood on your home's outside wall for lint accumulation or obstructions; clear any debris from the flapper and opening
• Ensure the dryer door is fully closed and latching properly; listen for a distinct click when shutting the door
• Review the current cycle and temperature settings on your control panel; try restarting with a shorter cycle and lower heat setting
• Allow the dryer to cool for 15-20 minutes, then attempt another short test cycle to see if the error clears
• Perform a complete reset by turning off the dedicated 240V circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then turn it back on and wait 5 minutes before attempting to run a cycle
