• Turn off the washer at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then turn it back on to allow the appliance to reset
• Review your control panel settings to ensure no child lock or door lock feature is inadvertently activated
• Inspect the outer door frame and rubber gasket for visible damage or gaps that could prevent proper closing
