Safety Checks You Can Do
• Turn off the washer and unplug from the 120V outlet, then wait 60 seconds and plug back in to allow the control board to reset
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel to ensure the breaker supplying power to the washer has not tripped; reset if necessary
• Verify the washer door or lid is closing completely and latching securely
• Remove clothes from the washer and check that the drum is not overloaded, then restart with a smaller load
• Inspect the fill hoses on the back of the washer for visible kinks, cracks, or damage
• Confirm the hot and cold water inlet valves (located behind the washer) are turned on fully
• Run a test cycle with no clothes to determine if the error persists or resolves
• Unplug the washer again for 60 seconds and perform a complete power reset to clear any temporary sensor errors
• Check that your home has adequate water pressure; if low, allow time for pressure to build before restarting
