• Wiring harness damage or disconnection in the water level sensor circuit

Safety Checks You Can Do
• Check your home's circuit breaker panel and ensure the breaker for the washer is in the ON position; if it has tripped, switch it OFF then back ON
• Verify the washer drum is not overloaded with clothes, as excess weight can affect sensor readings; remove items if necessary and redistribute remaining load evenly
• Confirm the washer door or lid closes completely and latches securely, as incomplete closure can trigger sensor errors
• Review the control panel settings to ensure you have selected the correct cycle and water level for your load size
• Unplug the washer or switch off the dedicated circuit breaker, wait 60 seconds for the control board to fully reset, then restore power and attempt a new wash cycle
• Inspect the exterior water inlet hoses for kinks, twists, or damage that could restrict water flow and confuse the level sensor
• Listen for unusual sounds during the fill cycle that may indicate a problem with water entry or sensor function
• Run a test cycle with a small load of towels and monitor whether the error reoccurs or if normal operation resumes
