• Washer stops mid-cycle and displays E43 on the control panel

Possible Causes
• Faulty temperature sensor sending incorrect readings to the control board
• Heating element failure or burnout preventing water heating
• Broken or disconnected wiring between temperature sensor and control board
• Malfunctioning thermal fuse in the heating circuit
• Control board receiving conflicting temperature signals
• Power supply issues affecting the heating element circuit
• Water valve problems preventing proper hot water supply
• Failed heating relay on the main control board
Step 03
Safety Checks You Can Do
• Verify your home's circuit breaker is in the ON position and has not tripped; reset if needed
• Ensure the washer drum is not overloaded with clothes that may prevent proper water circulation and heating
• Check that the washer door or lid is fully closed and latches securely
• Verify hot and cold water supply hoses are connected properly and water shut-off valves are fully open
• Review your cycle selection to ensure you selected a hot or warm water setting
• Allow the washer to cool for 5-10 minutes, then try running a new cycle
• Power reset the washer by turning off the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, then turn back on
• Check for any visible water leaks or moisture around the washer that may indicate sensor issues
• Unplug the washer for 5 minutes and plug it back in to reset the control board
